Mayvin is Hiring a Program Analyst I Near Springfield, VA

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I who will support the Tactical Operations Division (TOD)-Operational Medical Support Unit (OMSU) of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) by administratively tracking the agency CPR, AED, and Narcan program training requirements, equipment, and disbursement.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation (BI)


Responsibilities
:

  • Gather and organize information from various sources such as records, computer files, and expendable/nonexpendable property
  • Liaise with Federal Employees, Contractors, and Divisions throughout USMS
  • Assist with the shipment of bulk items to offices throughout the U.S
  • Develop and maintain logs and databases to track program items and expiration dates
  • Provide administrative support to the program office and Division
  • Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience with accountable property management
  • Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
